:65 to 75 second by Ford Cup B 4 at 30°C.

:Semi-Glossy with well defined hammer pattern.

  • Drying time 

:Touch Dry-less than 30 minutes. Hard Dry-less than 8 hours.

  • Application 

:Spraying by mist coat and normal coat method at a pressure of p. s. i. Sipcolite Air Drying Hammertone can be forced dried satisfactorily at 80°C to 100 °C for 20 to 30 minutes.

  • Covering Capacity 

:10 to 12 sq. meter per litre per coat depending upon spraying losses,

  • Flash Point

:Above 24 OF (75 °C) but less than 35 °F (95 °C)

  • Thinner Recommended

  • Shelf Life

:As long as container is firmly sealed and stored in good condition the material can be kept life long without deterioration.  Due to lower flash point it should be stored at cool places and away from naked flames

  • Direction for Use

:The surface should be free from rust, grease, oil, moisture and loose matter.  No primer/surfacer is normally required but if necessary due to surface defects Sipcolite Speed Coat Primer Surfacer Grey or Sipco Brown Metal Primer Q/D RP-4 may be used. Painted articles if required to be warped in paper should be done after overnight drying.  Air pressure, size of the spray Gun, distance of spray and proper thinner plays major role in formation of uniform hammer pattern and an experienced painter can definetly give excellent results.
