PROTECTION WATERBASED EXTERIOR PAINT
Singhal Paints Protection Waterbased Exterior Paint is a water based exterior wall finish suitable for dry to moderate humid climates.
Singhal Paints Protection Exterior provides excellent resistance to chalking cracking and weathering, better than cement paints. The result is cleaner shades which do not fade and have a long life. Depending on the climatic conditions PROTECTION has good anti algal properties. It may not completely prevent the growth of black algal spots in heavy rainfall or very humid conditions.
PROTECTION Exterior is an exterior wall finish that can be applied onto all types of exterior cement plasters, exterior ceilings, asbestos sheets, concrete etc. Protection exterior should not be applied on roof tiles or damp surfaces prone to seepage.
Cleaning: Ensure that the surface is free of any loose paint, dust or grease. Any previous growth of fungus, algae or moss needs to be removed first by wire brushing and cleaning with water.
Filling: Imperfections in the surface like holes, dents fine cracks etc. are to be filled with Putty, or a mixture of cement and sand (3:1)
All freshly plastered surfaces are to be allowed to cure first
